‘Sonos’ Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Sonos Speakers Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to individuals aged 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Good House Hotel & Spa and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins for confirmed hotel booking guests on April 12, 2024, and ends on April 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Entry Period").
Entry Method: To enter, individuals must confirm and pay for a booking at The Good House Hotel & Spa, either for a standard stay or a Stay Good Package, during the Entry Period.
Prize: One winner will be selected at random to receive a Sonos First Generation Speaker ("Prize"). The Prize will be mailed to the winner at the address provided at the time of entry. No other exchanges or substitutions are accepted.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible confirmed bookings received during the Entry Period. The selection will be conducted within 7 days after the end of the Entry Period.
Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within 14 days after the selection. The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the Prize. If the winner fails to respond within this time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to allow The Good House Hotel & Spa to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: The Good House Hotel & Spa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Good House Hotel & Spa, which are final and binding.
Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants release The Good House Hotel & Spa, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to the Prize or any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Good House Hotel & Spa, 12885 Eliseo Rd, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240.
