Wellness experiences, guided by the people who make The Good House feel like home.

Wellness at The Good House

Wellness at The Good House is rooted in connection, intention, and the people who bring each experience to life. Our offerings are thoughtfully led by practitioners we trust, artists in their craft, and members of our own team. Each experience is designed to create space, invite presence, and leave you feeling grounded, open, and cared for.

Whether you are laughing together, moving gently, or learning something nourishing, these moments are meant to be shared.

Nea, Sister Red Hawk

Sound Healer

Nea, also known as Sister Red Hawk, an Indigenous medicine woman of the tribes of New England (Narragansett, Wampanoag, and Shinnecock), is a passionate sound healer dedicated to harmonizing mind, body, and spirit through the ancient Indigenous power of sound. With a background in music therapy and extensive training in various sound healing modalities, including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, and vocal toning, Nea has developed a unique approach to healing and transformation known as Natural 7 Alchemy.

Driven by a deep belief in the innate healing potential of sound vibrations, Nea creates immersive experiences that facilitate relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional release. Her sessions often combine the use of different instruments and techniques tailored to the specific needs of her clients, whether they are seeking relief from physical pain, emotional trauma, or simply looking to deepen their spiritual practice.

Inna Degman

Breathwork, Craniosacral & Massage Therapist, Energy Healer

Inna offers gentle, meditation-based breathwork rooted in Daoist Qi-Gong traditions. A devoted practitioner for over five years, she originally trained in the Sundo breathwork system and has since evolved the practice into a more intuitive & accessible experience, informed by Inna’s deep knowledge of the human body & energy stemming from her ten years of bodywork experience. The evolved practice is focused on presence, breath, and nervous system regulation.

Her sessions are designed to help release energetic blockages, deepen the breath, and reconnect clients with their inner awareness. Unlike more intense breathwork styles, Inna’s approach is calm, grounded, and restorative, guiding participants into a state of embodied meditation.

Inna offers individual sessions, couples sessions, and small group breathwork experiences. Each session invites participants to slow down, breathe with intention, and leave feeling more centered, clear, and energized.

  • "I’ve struggled with insomnia and stress for years, but after just a few one-on-one sessions with Nea' or I call her "Sister Red Hawk", I noticed a dramatic shift.
