Villa Della Brezza is a single-level, Spanish-style courtyard home thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and connection. The home features four private king bedrooms and three spa-style bathrooms, arranged around a central courtyard that anchors the indoor–outdoor living experience.
The open-concept living area includes a cozy gas fireplace, large seating area, and dining space ideal for shared meals. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen opens seamlessly to the living and dining areas. Multiple sets of French doors lead to the private courtyard, where guests can enjoy the in-ground pool with tanning shelf, hot tub, cold plunge, and several outdoor lounge areas with mountain and valley views.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and private courtyard, including the in-ground pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and all indoor living spaces. The property is fully private and not shared with any other guests or owners.
Other things to note
This home is located in the Sonoran Desert, and with that comes beautiful natural landscaping, wildlife, and the occasional desert insect—especially during warmer months. Regular professional pest control is maintained, and this is a normal part of desert living.
The home is designed for relaxation and spa-style enjoyment and is best suited for respectful groups. Local noise ordinances are strictly enforced, and outdoor quiet hours apply in the evenings.
Outdoor amenities, including the pool, spa, and cold plunge, are available year-round; however, use may be impacted by weather, maintenance, or safety conditions.
Security cameras are installed in all outdoor areas of the property, including the front yard, backyard, and side yard. These are in place for safety and security purposes only, and there are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for $175 per stay.
The pool heats between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
If you would like the pool heated, please let us know before arrival so we can prepare it for you.
Spa (Jacuzzi)
The spa is complimentary and heated on demand.
Please send us a message when you would like it turned on. It typically takes 30–60 minutes to reach temperature, so planning ahead is recommended.
Cold Plunge
The cold plunge is available for guest use and is kept at a naturally refreshing temperature.
Important Notes
• The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time
• Please do not touch any pool equipment or controls
• Adjusting equipment may prevent the system from functioning properly and may result in repair charges
For safety and proper operation, our team manages all heating controls remotely.
Fire Pit
Please use caution when using the outdoor fire pit.
• Never leave it unattended
• Make sure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving
• Firewood is not provided
BBQ Grill
The home includes a propane grill for guest use.
We do our best to ensure propane tanks are filled but cannot guarantee this. If a tank runs out, replacements are available at nearby gas stations.
If you would like full tanks guaranteed before arrival, please notify us two days in advance. A $15 refill fee per tank applies.
Pets
Pets are welcome.

Please clean up after pets and keep them supervised on the property.
